per hectare: 60 quintals per hectare Vinification: In stainless steel at 32 °C under temperature
controlled conditions. There is a 7-8 day maceration period on the
skins. After malolactic
fermentation, the wine is racked Aging: The wine stays for 1 year in 2nd year
old Fench oak barriques
of 225 liters and then 1 year in 2 to 3 year old Acidity: 6 Alcohol: 14% by vol. Color: Ruby red with deep garnet reflections. Bouquet: Intense,
vinous bouquet with ripe red berry fruit , vanilla
and spice. Taste: Robust
and full with mature fruit and warm spices. The finish is slightly bitter

commune. It is 380 meters above sea
level with a south exposure. The vines are an average of 25 years old. Harvest: In October by
hand Yield per hectare: 55 quintals per hectare Vinification: In stainless steel at 32 °C under temperature
controlled
conditions. There is a 7-8 day maceration
period on the skins. After malolactic fermentation, the wine is racked Aging: The wine stays for 1 year
in new French oak barriques of 225 liters and then 18 months in large casks of Slavonian oak. Acidity: 5.5 Alcohol: 15% by vol. Color: Ruby
red with intense garnet reflections. Bouquet: Intense and ethereal with
hints of dried roses, tar, and violets against warm wood tones and spices. Taste: Aristocratic, austere
and harmonious. It is full bodied and mouth-filling with a finish that is
long and lingering. Foods: Excellent with game, red meats,
