Located in the heart of the Penedès, Mascaró is a third generation family cellar laser focused on producing high quality wines, cavas and distillates.  Their cavas are made exclusively with fruit from their family estate, Mas Miquel, located in Santes Creus, allowing for complete control over the whole winemaking process, from the vineyards and into the cellar.

To this day, the Mascaró family harvests by hand, taking care to preserve the integrity of the grapes and ensures the personality of their cavas, with all bottlings made up of at least 60% Parellada and having been aged at least two years prior to release.
