Quite simply, the team at Ideal didn't think it was possible to find reasonably priced California Pinot Noir that, well, actually tasted like Pinot Noir.  Too often, bulk producers in the Golden State turn to blending their wines labeled as "Pinot Noir" with Syrah, obscuring the red fruit, vibrancy and pleasure of their French, cool-climate counterparts.

Always up for a challenge, in the summer of 2020, we partnered with a Sonoma County winery we've long admired to craft the first vintage of Part & Parcel Pinot Noir.  With fruit sourced primarily from California's North Coast, Part & Parcel is a wonderfully pure expression of 100% Pinot Noir, showcasing the unique qualities of the grape while offering exceptional value.

While we'll never stray far from our Old World roots, we're quite happy with this California side project and we're quite certain you will be too.
